Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, written in, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Items purchased on clearance or special promotions, unless received in a defective condition.

Digital products, if any, once accessed or downloaded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
